GitHub checks not completing for Managed Scans

Resolved

From 16:10 UTC to 20:45 UTC, Managed Scans running as GitHub checks were not being correctly marked as completed. The Semgrep scans completed and returned correct results but the check status was not updated.
To clear out of date checks for any unmerged PRs, you can close and re-open the affected PR. This should trigger a new check that will complete successfully.
